These documents could be pictures, specifications or other double-clickable information. The "Extras" mode allows product variations such as colour/size to be dragged to this product. You can later choose a variation when dragging this product into a quote. The suppliers of a product can be set in the "Supply" mode. They are linked to the contact database and will open a contact window when double-clicked. The "Pricing" mode of the product info window allows you to set the pricing of a product. You can choose a fixed price or a margin. The margin can be set in the product, its group or Price List. Product information can be changed using the items in the window. The specifications are shown in the Catalogue. Sales reminders are shown when a product is placed in a Quote. Additional infomation for a product can be shown by double-clicking on it. This shows the product info window. The product's icon at the top right can be selected by double clicking on it. Products in a Price List can have icons attached to them. These can be pasted from other applications and edited. The list of products can be sorted and the content of each column changed. Price Lists which are opened by a catalogue are hidden. They can be shown by selecting the Price List's window in the "Windows" menu. A selection of products from one or more Price Lists can be shown in a Catalogue.
